[This picture is completely irrelevant to this post, but I was looking at old pictures and saw it... and it made me happy. This is us, on the right, with a group of friends from our young married's Bible study back in San Diego, hanging out at a 50's diner (thus, the hat on Steven). At this time of year. But in 2009. I miss these people! And note: I was really blonde, and no, that is not a real Louis Vuitton... my old boss went to Canal Street in NYC ;) ...]

These guys are rockstars. If you have not checked out some of these amazing bloggers, do so on your lunch break... or better yet, while the boss is away and you can search the web real quick. 

I've been wanting to do something for my readers for awhile now. I don't have an Etsy shop (yettt) and so I've been trying to come up with a way that I could give you guys something. Because you're really cool. And to be honest, you've changed my life. Your encouragement, your emails, your positivity in telling me that my homesickness will subside, your comments... it means a lot.

It's Monday, and it's the beginning of a new week (bleh!).  I don't know about you, but I LOVE magazines! I devour them. And I think probably one of my favorite things in the whole wide world is the anticipation of a brand new one waiting for me in my mailbox when I get home... it's new, fresh, glossy pages just waiting for me to turn each page. Oh and the smell of the magazine itself? I mean, come on, it's amazing! I think it's a girl thing ;)
