If we had coffee together, I would tell you...
That I worked at Starbucks for almost 2 years, and it did not turn me into a coffee snob.
My drink of choice is a grande iced coffee con leche, with 2 pumps sugar-free vanilla & non-fat milk.

My family is incredible!
I can not say enough amazing things about them.
I also am so blessed to have married into a great family, too!

I love this book...

I am blessed with really strong female friendships.
I am still close with friends from childhood, high school, college, work, married life, etc. and now bloggy land! Some of these friends are like family-- lots of aunts to our future kiddos!

A super cute fashion blog you should follow is Gal Meets Glam!

I get told about once a week that I look like Heidi Montag, from "The Hills."
And then they clarify, "Before the plastic surgery, of course."
Mkay, thanks.

I can not even begin to tell you how incredibly empowering it is to travel alone. Such a rewarding, growing experience that I think every person should experience... It has definitely changed me as a person.

Hmmm...my dear lovely Heather. I think you've given me a wonderful idea for a positive blog post today. I will do as you did but with my own flare!
Thanks for the idea. I'll link you in my post and come back here to let you know when I'm done and hopefully you'll take a gander and this will catch on.
Btw, I love the stocking and garland ball idea as well. Very cute!
I love this! I might have to do one of these soon.
For real though, I love traveling by myself. I cannot wait to have a job so I can start saving for Europe. I have never been, and want to have an adventure over there! Just me, my backpack, lovely architecture, and scrumptious food! Being by myself in Australia, kind of in Israel, and now on a road trip, I just can't get enough!
I love these coffee date talks! :) That picture with your family is so sweet...so glad you get to be with them this week! I love that garland on the mantle....so festive and fun! :) Yay for babies!!!
picture of the baby with the ruffled diaper cover. perfection. and i need to get high beam, you love it? i need to try it! great post. i need to write one of these.

What a cute post! And don't worry, we're kind of baby hungry, too. Just not really at the best spot ever to start a family.
And I could not agree more about traveling by yourself. I discovered who I was when I came to live in Europe for 3 months a couple of years ago - it was tough, but it built me into the person I am today.
oh wow...heidi montag!! yes! I am totally seeing it girl! And I would love to hear more about your trip alone, that is amazing!
I just read a blurb about that book.. I think I might have to read it next. And I agree with Ruthie, tell us more about your trip alone!! Where did you go? It looks beautiful.

I am so stealing this idea! My coffee of choice is a white chocolate mocha with a shot of mint, unless it's red cup time, then it is a peppermint mocha :) You are WAY prettier than Heidi Montag, you are SO cool for not voting for Barack Obama, cause I wouldn't have either, I didn't get the chance to vote cause I was only 16 (: This year he will NOT be getting my vote :D Have a great day Heather!
