Yesterday, at 5:01 PM, this happened...
It seriously was the LONGEST day of my life and the longest week ever (considering we were supposed to close on 4/18). We are so excited to finally be done! We are tired of signing papers :)

After we got the keys, and our realtor took a picture, we went to celebrate!
We went to Monkey Burger with our dear friends Crystal and David, and their adorable baby Moses. Crystal and David live 4 doors down from our new house and the guys work together. We are all originally from San Diego, so it's kind of like we have some extended family here, even though we've only been friends for a little over 6 months.
Thank you, everyone, for your prayers on this journey!

Congratulations! My hubby and I were supposed to move last summer before our baby was born and we got screwed out of two separate homes. By that time I was too pregnant and irritable to keep looking, so here we are in a our small 2 bedroom downtown Chicago condo with our baby and all his crap!!
