Very Merry Christmas Granola

Looking for a last minute gift for family, friends or neighbors?
This is a super easy, affordable gift that you can whip up in no time!
I created the granola, and after it cooled, packed it into mason jars, tied with a ribbon and adorned with a label on the
lid of the jar and the side. I can't wait to drive around tomorrow and deliver these goodies to some
of the special people in my life :) 'Tis the season!

Very Merry Christmas Granola

3 C oatmeal
1 C sliced almonds
1 C chopped pecans or walnuts
1 C dried cranberries
1/2 C vegetable/canola oil
1/4 C honey
1/4 C packed light brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract

Combine in a large bowl & spread evently on baking sheet.
Bake at 300 degrees for 30-35 minutes, until golden.
Let cool and break apart.
Store in an airtight container.
Enjoy!

Merry Christmas from our little family! xo

Great gift idea! I made some homemade granola the other day and I don't think I'll ever buy any from the store again!
